Florida Airport Homes - Suwannee Landing

Located on 270 acres adjoining the south side of the Suwannee County Airport, Suwannee Landing not only offers homeowners a convenient north Florida location, it is also being designed with amenities that foster a sense of community often missing in airparks or fly-in communities.

Airport Home sites with hangars are around one acre in size. Sites without hangars are also available within the development but an architectural review committee must approve the design of each home and the hangar. The developers are currently selling airport home sites in Phase 1 and 6 of a projected seven phase project that will, when completed, contain 237 homes. Prices vary by lot size and location.

Service amenities include state of the art video surveillance at the airport, the entrance to the property / guard gate and a Community Center, which offers homeowners a place to hold special events such as parties, wedding receptions, and bar mitzvahs, "Connecting to that room is an area that will function as a private club and includes a kitchen," Treadway says, In addition, Suwannee Landing will have an outdoor pool and a fitness center complete with a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Two ponds are located on the property; a raised walkway and nature trails will connect the ponds.

Please contact us, to learn more about our airport homes.
